Mental Icecreams

Our shop is up on the third floor of the Wallfort Ozone building. If you know where Fafadih Chowk is on the way to Bilaspur Road, you have probably passed us many times. It is a bit of a climb or an elevator ride up, but we are there. We make ice cream. It is what we do every day in Raipur. The name is a bit unusual, we know, but it usually sticks in your head. We are not a giant factory or anything, just a local place making cold treats for whoever walks through the door. The Godhni Main Road area gets busy, especially when the weather is hot, which is basically all the time here. We spend a lot of time cleaning counters and making sure the freezers are running right. Sometimes we run out of a certain flavor because a big group came in, but that is just part of the business. We do not have fancy uniforms or a long history book to show you. It is just us, some ice cream machines, and the noise from the street downstairs. People come by after work or on the weekends with their families. We try to keep the place tidy and the ice cream cold. There is nothing more to it than that. If you are looking for us, look for the Wallfort building near the chowk. We will be there, probably checking the temperature on the chocolate tub or something.
