It’s a bit of a long name, Entertainment World Developers Pvt. Ltd., but most people just know the Indore connection or find us here at the Gurgaon office. We are located at A-119 in Sushant Lok III, Sector 57. Raj Kumar Sharma is the main name on the door here. Gurgaon is a place that never stops building, and Sector 57 is no different. It’s always dusty and there’s always a crane somewhere in the distance. Our work involves a lot of planning for developments, sometimes back in Indore and sometimes elsewhere. The office is where the paperwork happens. It’s a lot of maps, permits, and phone calls. It isn't like the movies where everything is glamorous. It's mostly just people sitting at desks trying to get projects off the ground. Sushant Lok is a quiet enough area compared to the main highways, which is nice for us. We spend our days dealing with the realities of real estate. Some days it’s smooth, other days there are delays with the power or the water or something else entirely. We just take it as it comes. Being in Haryana gives us a good base to manage things from. People drop by with questions about this project or that one. We give them the straight answers without any of that fancy talk. It’s just how we run things here. We stay busy with the files and the site visits. It is hard work, but someone has to do it.
