EUTOPIA REALTORS PRIVATE LIMITED is located over at shop number 309 in the Land Mark building. It is right on Karbala Road in Bilaspur. If you know the area, you know it can get quite busy around there. We are up on the third floor, which gives us a bit of a view of the street below, though mostly it is just roofs and the sky. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with some desks, chairs, and a lot of papers scattered around. We spend our mornings checking messages and the afternoons usually involve someone running out to meet people or look at sites. Living and working in Bilaspur has its own pace, and we just follow that. The building itself is a well-known spot, so people usually don't have a hard time finding us. Sometimes the lift takes a while, so we end up taking the stairs. It is just the way things go here. We aren't trying to be some big fancy firm with glass walls. It is just a regular shop where we do our business. Most days are pretty quiet, just the sound of the ceiling fan and someone typing. We’ve grown fond of this little corner of Karbala Road. It feels like home to us now, even with all the dust and the noise from the traffic outside. We just stay focused on the tasks at hand and get things done.
