Essar Mineral Resources Limited

We’ve been based out of the Ashoka Millenium building on Ring Road No-01 here in Raipur for some time now. Dealing with mineral resources in Chhattisgarh means a lot of paperwork and phone calls, and that’s mostly what our day looks like. The office stays busy, especially with all the movement around the ring road outside. It gets pretty dusty out there, but that’s just how it is in this part of town, I guess. Our team mostly keeps their heads down and gets through the logs and schedules. Sometimes we go out for tea near the gate when the afternoon heat isn't too bad. People know where to find us since we're in a well-known spot. It’s not a fancy setup, just some desks and files everywhere. Most of the staff live nearby, so we’re a local bunch. We handle the mineral logistics and the planning side of things from here. It’s practical work. There’s always someone coming in with a report or a manifest. We try to stay organized, though the files tend to pile up on the corners of the desks by Friday. Chhattisgarh has plenty of resources to manage, so the work doesn't really stop. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the orders are correct and the trucks are where they need to be. It’s honest work and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the city. We hope to stay here for a good while longer.
