Entertainment Network India Ltd. - "Radio Mirchi"

You can find us over at E-51, Ekta Nagar, which is close to Janta Colony in the Gudiyari part of Raipur. Even though we are part of Entertainment Network India Ltd. and the name Radio Mirchi is quite famous, our actual office here is very down-to-earth. It’s a straightforward building in a neighborhood that has a very local feel to it. We don't have any of that corporate gloss or fancy lobbies you might expect. The office is mostly filled with desks, some sound equipment, and a lot of people talking. It’s rarely quiet around here because of the nature of what we do. We aren't the type to wear formal clothes; we just show up in whatever is comfortable and get to work on the day's schedule. There isn't much in the way of decoration, just a few posters and the usual office supplies scattered around. We have a small area for making tea, which is where we spend a lot of our breaks. The 492001 area of Raipur is a busy place, and we feel like a real part of it. We don't have a big receptionist desk. Usually, if you walk in, you’ll just find someone typing away or on a headset. We just focus on our tasks and try to make sure everything runs smoothly without any big speeches or mission statements. It’s just a group of regular people working hard in a simple, practical space every day.
