Our little spot is tucked away in Baijnathpara, right near the Akhada. It's funny because everyone in Raipur knows where the Akhada is, so we just tell people to look for that landmark. We operate out of H. No. 22/37, which is basically Hajee Master Kasimulla Khan’s place. It feels more like a home than a big corporate building, which suits us just fine. Ema-Unihorn India has been around for a bit, but we don't act like a massive firm. It’s mostly just us sitting around the office, handling calls and sorting through paperwork. The street outside can get pretty noisy with kids playing and bikes zooming past, but inside we just focus on the task at hand. Chhattisgarh heat is no joke, so the fan is always running at full speed. Sometimes we go out for a snack at the local stalls nearby during lunch. We don't have a big cafeteria or anything fancy. It’s just simple work. Most of the people working here live close by, so we all know each other’s families and what’s going on in the neighborhood. We handle things as they come. There’s no big manual for how we do things; we just use common sense and keep things moving. It's a steady rhythm here in Raipur, and we’re just glad to be a small part of the daily life on this side of town.
