Our office is set up in Raipur, specifically in Shivanand Nagar, Sector-3. We are located at Plot No: 8 in the 40-Block, and you can find us care of S.B.V.V. Sharma. Raipur has grown a lot, but our corner of Shivanand Nagar still feels like a proper local neighborhood. We run Elmech Industries from here, and it is mostly about the day-to-day grind of industrial work. There is always some sort of equipment or machinery being discussed in the office. It is not a polished corporate environment; it is more of a place where things actually get made and fixed. We spend a lot of time talking to local workers and suppliers around Chhattisgarh. The weather here can get really intense, so we usually try to get the heavy work done before the afternoon sun hits too hard. Most of our days are spent checking on orders and making sure the industrial parts are moving as they should. We don't really have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us and a few staff members who know the industry. We prefer it that way because it keeps things straightforward. We just focus on the mechanical side of things and try to solve whatever problems come up during the week. It is just honest, practical work that keeps the local industries going.
