Ek Khushi Foods And Snacks Private Limited

Our shop is number one in the Bajrang Complex, right in the middle of Gudhiyari. It’s a busy area with lots of people walking by and scooters honking all day long. Ek Khushi Foods and Snacks is where we spend most of our time from morning until late evening. We make and sell various snacks right from this small spot. It’s a tight space, so we have to stay organized with our pans and containers. Most of the recipes we use are things we’ve been making at home for years. We decided to turn it into a real business because our friends and family seemed to like what we were cooking. The complex is a bit older, and we’ve had to do some repairs on the metal shutters a few times. It gets a bit hot and cramped when we are in the back frying up batches of food. We don't have a big team, just a few local people who help out with the packing and the counter sales. We don't do much advertising at all. People just smell the food from the street and walk in to see what we have. It’s a simple setup. We have a few glass jars on the shelves and a small display case for the day's specials. Gudhiyari is a loud, energetic place, and we are happy to be a small part of the daily noise. We just try to make enough snacks to keep our shelves full.
