Educare India Advisory

We started this advisory in Jivan Vihar, which is a pretty central spot in Raipur. It’s not some big corporate office with glass walls, just a regular space where we keep our files and meet with people. We mainly help folks who are looking to get into the education sector or those already running schools here in Chhattisgarh. Most of our time is spent dealing with the paperwork that comes with school regulations. It’s a lot of back and forth with different departments, which can be a real headache. We’ve been doing this for a while now, so we know the local rules fairly well. Raipur has changed quite a bit since we opened, but the core of our work stays the same. People come in when they’re stuck on how to handle their staff or when they need to figure out the logistics of a new building. We don’t promise anything fancy; we just give straight, practical advice based on what we’ve seen work. Some days are slow and we just sit around drinking tea and catching up on news, but other times it’s a rush to meet a deadline. It’s just us, a few desks, and a lot of experience with the local system. We try to keep things simple and honest with everyone who walks through the door.
