Dynamic Engineers

If you find yourself at Bhatagaon Chowk in Raipur, you're pretty close to where we work. We are located near Radhaswami Nagar. Dynamic Engineers is the name on the door, but inside it’s just a group of us who like fixing things and putting parts together. The workshop has that smell of oil and metal that never really goes away. We have some heavy machinery that makes a lot of noise, so it's rarely quiet around here. Raipur gets really hot, so the afternoons are usually the toughest part of the day. We have a small area where we take breaks and talk about whatever is happening in the district. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We wear work clothes that get stained, and we don't worry about it too much. Most of our clients are other local businesses who need something repaired or fabricated. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just look at the problem and see if we can solve it with the tools we have. Sometimes we stay late if a job is particularly stubborn. The traffic at the chowk can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually wait a bit before heading home. It's a simple, hardworking life here in Bhatagaon. We have a small radio that plays local music in the background while we hammer away at the metal. Most days are the same, but we don't mind the routine at all.
