Balaji Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is based in Dubey Colony, which is in the Mowa area. Our office is set up in a regular building in a residential part of town. It is a bit different from being in a big commercial park, but we like the feel of Dubey Colony. We deal with various business ventures and projects from this location. Inside, it is just a normal office with computers, a printer that sometimes jams, and a lot of notebooks. We spend a lot of time planning and talking to people on the phone. Mowa has grown a lot lately, so there is more activity around us than there used to be. We are just a small group of people trying to run a private limited company without all the corporate fuss. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just do our work and talk to our partners directly. Sometimes the days are long, especially when we are trying to get a new project off the ground. We have been in Dubey Colony for a fair amount of time now. Our neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep things quiet. It is a steady environment for us to focus on our business goals. We don't make a big show of things. We just stay at our desks and get through the tasks that need doing. It is a simple setup that works for us and keeps the business going.
