D S Construction Ltd.

We’re located on the second floor of Shivani Appartment, 121A, over in Patpar Ganj. It’s right in the IP Extension area. D S Construction Ltd. is a small operation, mostly just a handful of us trying to stay on top of the local building projects. Being on the second floor means we’re a bit removed from the street noise, which is nice for when we have to sit down and do the numbers. But usually, we’re out at a site somewhere in Delhi. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. The office has a few chairs, a lot of folders, and a printer that acts up sometimes. We don't worry too much about the decor. We’re more concerned with whether the materials arrived on time or if the weather is going to hold up for a roof job. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things get a bit messy. That’s just the nature of construction. We’ve been in this building for a while and the neighbors know us. We try to keep things simple and avoid the corporate talk that some of the bigger firms use. We just tell you what we can do and then we go do it. It isn't always perfect, but we put in the effort every single day. That's really all there is to it. We keep moving forward and taking on the next project that comes through the door.
