Our place, CREENCIA VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED, is situated right opposite the Jindal Machinery Division in Mandir Hasaud, over in Serikheri, Raipur. It’s an industrial sort of area, so there’s always a bit of noise from the trucks and the machinery nearby. We aren't in a shiny skyscraper. It’s a practical office that fits the neighborhood. We handle various venture projects and business tasks. Most days it’s just us tracking numbers and talking to suppliers or partners. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we do. We don't have a big corporate handbook or a list of values on the wall. We just try to be decent and get the work finished on time. Sometimes the dust from the road gets into the office, but we just wipe it off and keep going. Raipur is a good place for this kind of business because there’s a lot of activity in Mandir Hasaud. We've been here long enough that the people at the neighboring shops know us. We don't use big words to sound smarter than we are. We just tell it like it is. If a project is going to take a week, we say it’ll take a week. No sugarcoating things. It’s a straightforward way to operate. We’re just a small team working hard in a busy part of town. We usually lock up and head out once the sun goes down.
