Our setup is located at Mr. Verma’s house in New Shanti Vihar, which is in the Dagniya area of Raipur. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it doesn't feel like a typical business district. We’ve been working on development projects around Chhattisgarh for a while now. Most of our planning happens right here at a big wooden table. We have stacks of papers and blueprints that seem to grow every week. Being in a house makes it easy for people to just drop by and have a chat about what we’re building next. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or a lobby. It’s just us and our work. Raipur is growing fast, and we’re trying to keep up with the demand for new spaces. We spend a lot of time on site, making sure the workers have what they need and checking that the walls are straight. The dust from the construction sites is part of our daily life. Sometimes we have to deal with delays because the materials didn't arrive on time or the rain got too heavy. We don't make big promises or use loud language to get attention. We just focus on finishing the current project so we can move on to the next one. It’s a lot of manual work and checking details over and over. We’re just a small team trying to build something decent in our own city.
