We are located at the Government Ayurvedic College Hospital Building. It’s a pretty old building, very solid and everyone in the area knows where it is. Chhattisgarh Ayurvedic Tatha Unani Chikitsa Paddhati Avum Prakritic Chikitsa Board is a very long name to say, so we usually just refer to ourselves by the work we do here. The halls are tall and sometimes a bit chilly in the winter months. We spend our days dealing with paperwork and the different systems for traditional medicine. It’s an administrative sort of place, so there are always files and ledgers being moved from one desk to another. Being inside a hospital building means there’s a constant flow of people outside our doors. You hear the sounds of the college and the clinic all day long. We don't have any flashy signs or modern decor, just the basic stuff we need to get through the day. The windows look out over the college grounds which is nice when we take a small break. It's a lot of responsibility handling the records for Ayurvedic and Unani practices, but we just take it one day at a time. The staff here has been together for a while, so we all know how to work around the quirks of the old building. It’s a quiet kind of busy that keeps us moving from morning until we lock up in the evening. There is always someone coming in asking for directions or needing some help with their documents.
