Chaitanya Solvex Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Plot No. 58 in Gandhi Chowk. This is in Neora, which falls under the Raipur district. Our daily routine involves a lot of industrial work. The plant is where we spend most of our time. It’s an old-school type of place with a lot of metal and pipes. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come by Gandhi Chowk, you'll see the gate and the trucks. We deal with solvent extraction, which is a heavy process. It involves a lot of monitoring the gauges and making sure the machinery is running smoothly. The air smells a bit like oil and earth. It is hard work and the sun in Raipur can be really punishing during the day. We have a crew that has been with us for a long time. We mostly talk about the day's output and if any repairs are needed. Neora is a small enough place that everyone knows what goes on at the plot. We aren't trying to change the world or anything; we are just running a business. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend the whole night fixing them. That is just the way it goes here. It is a bit messy and loud, but it is our livelihood. We just stay focused on the work at hand at Plot 58 and keep the operations moving along.
