You can find us over at Rohinipuram 105Royalhills. It’s a decent spot in Raipur, and the building is easy enough to find once you get into the neighborhood. Working at Cgrrda means dealing with a lot of paperwork and road projects, so our desks are usually buried under folders and maps. We have a lot of people coming in from out of town to check on things, so the office can get quite crowded on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. The ceiling fans are always going, but they mostly just move the warm air around. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for when we need a break. There isn’t a lot of corporate culture here; we’re mostly just a group of people who have known each other for years. We talk about our families and the local news while we sort through the latest batch of files. The 105Royalhills complex is a bit of a mix of residential and commercial, so there’s a nice balance to the day. It doesn’t feel like a high-pressure corporate environment, which is good for us. We focus on the tasks at hand, try to stay organized, and make sure the records are kept straight. It’s a steady, predictable kind of work that keeps us busy from morning until evening. We’re just regular folks doing what needs to get done for the community.
