B.Seenaiah &Co.Projects Ltd.

This is the B.Seenaiah &Co.Projects Ltd. branch out in East Godavari, Andhra Pradesh. We are tied to the family names here, specifically B. Tulasirao and B. Surya Prakasha Rao. It’s very much a local operation in this part of the district. The area is full of greenery and fields, which makes for a nice change of pace if you are used to the city. We don't have a big fancy office building with a logo on top. It’s more of a practical setup that works for the kind of project management we do around here. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with workers and making sure the machinery is where it needs to be. The heat in East Godavari can be something else during the summer, so we tend to start early in the morning to beat the sun. We don't bother with corporate talk or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks we’ve been given. Most of the people working here grew up nearby, so there is a lot of local knowledge involved in how we run things. We might not have the most modern equipment in the office, but we know how to handle the construction side of things. It’s about being reliable and staying on top of the daily grind. People around here know the family name and they know where to find us if they need to talk about a project. It’s just a simple, hardworking place for local projects.
