Balboa Products Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Banyaan 163, which is part of the Chhattisgarh Housing Board in Boriya Kala. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it doesn't feel like a cold industrial zone at all. We have been here for a bit, and the space suits us just fine. Most of the time, we are just busy with the daily routine of managing our products. There are a few of us here every morning, starting the day with tea and going over what needs to get done. The building is pretty standard for the Housing Board area. It’s easy to find if you know Boriya Kala well. We don't have a massive warehouse, just enough room to keep things organized. Sometimes the weather gets really hot, but we manage. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees. It’s more of a close-knit group. People around here know us as the folks at Banyaan 163. We don't do a lot of fancy advertising. Most of our connections come from being in the community for a while. We just handle the business as it comes. It’s practical work. We like the location because it’s out of the way of the main city chaos but still close enough to get things moved when we need to. It’s a good spot for us. The neighbors are friendly and we like the quiet atmosphere of the housing board colony.
