We are based right here in Bhilai, specifically over at Surya Vihar in Nehru Nagar. If you know the A2 building, that is where you’ll find our office on the third floor, room 307. Balajee Infratech & Const. Pvr Ltd has been part of the local scene in the Durg district for quite some time now. It’s a busy spot, and there is always something going on with the roads or the buildings nearby. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the practical side of construction, which means there is usually some mud on the floor and a lot of tea being drank while we look at plans. It’s not a quiet place. People come and go, checking on project updates or just dropping off papers. We don't have a big corporate lobby with plants and soft music. Instead, we have desks piled with files and the sound of the neighborhood outside. Being in Chhattisgarh means we understand the heat and how it affects the work schedule. We try to get things done early before the sun gets too high. Our team is just local folks who know the area well. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just a reliable one that people in Bhilai can find when they need a job handled. It's a simple setup, but it works for us and the people we help out on the different sites.
