Auyush Hospital

Auyush Hospital is right here in Santoshi Nagar, which most of you probably know is a pretty busy part of town. We’ve been set up here for some time now, and the building has seen a lot of people come through its doors. It isn't one of those glass skyscrapers you see in the movies, just a regular place where we try to help out. Most mornings start with the staff getting the floors mopped and the front desk ready before the first few folks arrive. There’s a lot of noise from the street outside, mainly bikes and the occasional vendor, but inside we try to keep things moving as smoothly as we can. Our doctors and the nurses live around here too, so they know the neighborhood well. It’s a lot of work running a hospital in this area because there is always something going on. Sometimes the waiting room gets a bit crowded, especially on Mondays, and you might have to wait a bit longer than you'd like. We have some chairs that have seen better days, but they do the job. People come here for all sorts of things, some small and some a bit more serious. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the lights are on and someone is there to answer the phone when it rings. It’s just how things are here in Santoshi Nagar, and we are just glad to be a part of the community.
