Anikshit Farmer Producer Company Limited is based in Mahasamund, specifically in a place called Khairjhudi. Our office is at Anish Deep’s place in Pirdakhairjhudi. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you aren't used to the local roads, but it’s a good spot for what we do. We are mostly focused on helping the farmers around Mahasamund get their produce to where it needs to go. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. The office is just a room with some chairs, a table, and a lot of registers. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out in the fields checking on how things are growing. Being in a rural area like this means you have to be ready for anything, whether it’s a sudden storm or a problem with the machinery. We aren't corporate people with suits and ties. We are usually in our work clothes, ready to get our hands dirty if we have to. It’s a busy life, especially during the harvest season when everyone is working around the clock. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when there are too many things happening at once. We don’t make any big promises, we just do the work that is in front of us and try to be fair to everyone we deal with in the local area.
