Aditya Skill Development Center Private Limited is up on the fourth floor of the Sai Vasanth Complex. Our shop number is 409, right in the Birla Compound. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens more than we'd like. We spend our days teaching different skills to people who want to find better work or learn something useful. The rooms are set up with tables and whatever equipment we need for the day's lessons. It’s not a fancy setup, but it’s practical and it gets the job done for everyone involved. We’ve had all sorts of people come through our doors looking to learn something new for their careers. We just try to show them how things work in the real world. Most of us here have been working in various trades for years, so we know the practical side of things better than the theory. It can get a bit hot in the afternoons, especially being on the top floor, but we have some fans going to keep us cool. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny website to show off. We just rely on people telling their friends about what we do here in Shop 409. It’s a simple operation from start to finish. We open up early and usually stay late if someone needs extra help with a task they are struggling with. It’s just how we like to do things in our little corner of the building.
