Our office is in Flat No. 157, inside Block 10 of the Housing Board Society. This is in Akash Nagar, which is part of the Avanti Vihar Colony in Raipur. It’s a quiet residential area, so it doesn’t feel like a typical business district. Being in a flat means we have a kitchen and a small balcony, which is nice for breaks. The Housing Board buildings all look pretty much the same, so you have to look for the block number carefully or you will get lost. Raipur can be quite dusty and warm, especially in May, but the colony has some trees that help a bit. We are Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd. and we’ve set up our workspace here to handle the local side of things. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. The pin code is 492001. There isn't much parking right in front of the block, so people usually leave their bikes a bit further down the lane or on the main street. It’s a basic setup with some desks, chairs, and our files stacked against the walls. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a place where we come to work every morning. Sometimes the water pressure in the building is a bit low, but we manage. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place to be. We like that it feels more like a home than a stiff office. It makes the day go by faster.
