We are over in Block 14, specifically at RS 1-08 here in Rawabhata. It’s a busy part of Raipur and there’s always something going on outside our door. We’ve been set up here for a while now, just trying to help the community stay on its feet. Most of what we do is just talking to neighbors and seeing what’s missing in their lives. We don't have a huge staff or anything, just a few people who care about this part of the city. If you walk past Rawabhata, you’ll probably see us around or maybe sitting by the entrance. We handle a lot of phone calls on the mobile too, since people have our number 9644 493221 saved for emergencies. It’s not a corporate setup at all. More like a community hub where people drop in to share their worries. We help with various local issues, whatever pops up that week. Sometimes it’s organizing a small gathering, other times it’s helping a family navigate a tricky problem. Being in Raipur, especially this specific block, means we see the real struggles people face. We try to be practical. If someone needs something, we look for a way to get it. No big speeches or fancy paperwork. Just Block 14 residents looking out for each other. It’s been a long journey and we’re still here, doing the same basic stuff every day because there is always more work to be done.
