Our place is located in Karade Khurd, which is near Gulsunde in the Panvel area of Raigad. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but it’s much quieter out here. The air is a little cleaner, especially after the rains when everything turns green. The office isn't much to look at from the outside, just a plain structure near the road. Inside, we have our desks and a few chairs for visitors. We spend a lot of time coordinating with drivers and checking the logs. Panvel is growing fast, but our corner still feels like the countryside. Sometimes cows wander onto the road and slow things down, which is just part of life here. We usually bring our own tiffin for lunch and eat together in the small break area. There’s a local market a few kilometers away if we need anything specific. The monsoon season is the toughest because the roads get muddy and the leaks in the roof need fixing. But we’ve lived through many seasons here. Most of the staff are locals who have been with us for years. We don't have any fancy corporate culture, just a group of people trying to do their work properly and get home on time. It’s a practical environment where everyone knows what they need to do. We just keep things moving along as best as we can every single day.
