Total Logistics is located in Majgaon, which is part of the Khalapur taluka in Raigad. We are right here in Maharashtra, not too far from the main transport routes. Our spot in Majgaon is where we handle all the day-to-day stuff. It’s a mix of office work and being out in the yard. We have a lot of crates and boxes coming through here every week. The weather in Raigad can be quite unpredictable, with heavy rains that sometimes make the yard a bit muddy. We just put on our boots and keep working. The office itself is nothing special, just a place with some computers and a lot of logbooks. We don't use any fancy language or corporate slogans. We just talk about the cargo and the schedules. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we have a good connection with the local community. We usually eat our lunch together under the tree out back if the weather is nice. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure the drivers know where they are going and that the documents are all in order. We don't try to sound like a big global firm even though the work is important. We just see ourselves as a local business doing our part in Khalapur. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We just take things as they come and try to stay organized.
