We are located over in New Panvel, Sector 15. The office is actually listed under the care of Sudhakar Lohokare at the Kandpile Chawal in Podi Number 1. It’s a bit of a local landmark if you live around here. We do a mix of construction work and some technical stuff, hence the name. Panvel is changing fast, and we are right in the middle of it. Some days it feels like we are just fighting with the paperwork and the local regulations more than actually building anything. Our spot in the chawal isn’t fancy, but it works for us. We sit there with our tea and talk through the blueprints or whatever technical issue is cropping up on a project. It’s Maharashtra, so we have to plan everything around the weather and the holidays. We aren't some big firm with hundreds of employees in suits. We are just a small group trying to do solid work on the ground. Most of our tools and gear are kept nearby, and we’re usually out on a site rather than behind a desk. It’s a lot of physical labor and coordinating with different guys for plumbing or electrical work. We’ve been part of this community for a while, and we like being in Sector 15 because we know the people and the land. It's practical work for practical people, and that's exactly how we like to keep it every day of the week.
