Our company is Talib & Shamsi Constructions Pvt. Ltd. and we are based in Kendriya Vihar, specifically A-7/1 in Sector-11, Kharghar. Navi Mumbai is where we do most of our daily business. Kharghar has grown a lot, and being in a place like Kendriya Vihar puts us right in the middle of it. We don't really do the corporate thing. We are just a group of people who know how to handle construction projects. It’s a lot of work coordinating with different vendors and making sure the labor is on site when they need to be. Some days everything goes perfect, and other days we’re dealing with broken equipment or rain. That is just how it is. We’ve been around for a bit and have learned that being honest about timelines is better than making up stories. Our address is easy to find if you are in the 410210 area. We stay pretty busy, so the office isn't always full, as most of us are out looking at sites. We value the guys who do the heavy lifting. Without them, we wouldn't have a business. It's a simple operation, really. We look at the specs, figure out the costs, and get to work. We like living and working in Navi Mumbai because it’s got a bit more space than Mumbai itself, but it’s still very active. We just try to stay focused on the task at hand and get things finished.
