Tafseer Contracing & Maint Co.W.L.L.

You can find us on the 5th floor of the Haware Splendor Building, specifically in room 502 of the K-Wing. We are located in Sector-20 over in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. It is a busy building with a lot of different offices, so the elevators are always running up and down. We focus on contracting and maintenance work across the local area. Our office is not huge, but it is where we coordinate all the crews and keep track of the tools and supplies. Living in Maharashtra means things are always moving fast, and Kharghar is no exception to that. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites checking on how things are going. It is not the kind of job where you sit still for very long. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with blueprints and samples of materials, but we know where everything is. We do not have a big corporate structure. It is just a few of us making sure the maintenance schedules are kept and the repairs get done right. The view from the 5th floor is okay, but we are usually too busy to look out the window much. We have been in this building for a while now and the location works well for us. We just try to keep our heads down and finish the work we started. It is pretty straightforward stuff, no need for anything complicated or fancy. We just get it done.
