Srushti Poultry Consultancy Serivces isn't a farm itself, but we spend most of our time talking about chickens and how to keep them healthy. Our office is a small room where we keep our files and meet with farmers who come in for advice. It’s a lot of talking about feed, medicine, and how to build better sheds. Sometimes we have to leave the office and drive out to rural areas to see the birds in person. New Panvel has grown a lot, but we still see plenty of people coming in from the countryside. The bridge nearby gets a lot of traffic, so it can be a bit noisy during the day. We have some posters on the wall about poultry health, and there's usually a stack of reports on the desk. It’s a niche business, but there are always people who need help with their flocks. We just try to give practical advice that actually works for the farmers. It’s not a fancy setup, but it’s where we do our work and try to help the poultry industry in our own small way. Most days are spent either on the phone or looking at data from different farms to see what's going on.
