Our office is in the Splendor Building, Flat No. K-601, over in Sector 20 of Kharghar. It’s a decent spot in New Mumbai. We’ve been here handling logistics for quite some time now. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls and suits. We mostly spend our time on the phone or looking at delivery schedules. Moving goods around a place as busy as New Mumbai is always a bit of a challenge. You have to deal with the traffic and the port delays, but that’s just the job. We don’t really go in for big speeches about what we do. It’s just moving stuff from one point to another. The office is usually a bit messy with papers and tea cups, but we know where everything is. It’s a small team here and we’ve all been doing this long enough to know the ropes. Kharghar is a growing area, so there’s always something happening around us. We just keep our heads down and try to make sure things get delivered. Sometimes the rains make it hard or a truck breaks down, but we just deal with it. It’s a practical business for people who don’t mind getting their hands a bit dirty with the details. We’re just here in Flat K-601 doing what needs to be done every day to keep the wheels turning for the shipments we handle. It is a lot of work but we have got the hang of it now.
