Shreeram Packaging Industries

Our workshop is situated at P 14 in the Balaji Industrial Park, tucked away right behind Hindalco Industries in the Taloja MIDC area. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but it’s a good spot for what we do at Shreeram Packaging Industries. The area is full of big trucks and heavy industry, so it can get pretty dusty and loud throughout the day. We spend our time putting together packaging solutions for all sorts of products. There are always piles of raw materials sitting around and the sound of machines cutting and folding. It isn't the cleanest environment, but it's a working one. We have a small team of guys who have been here since we started. We don't bother with fancy titles or formal meetings; we just gather around the main table in the morning and figure out the plan for the day. Sometimes things go wrong with the machines and we have to spend half the afternoon fixing them ourselves, but that’s part of the life. We don't have a marketing department telling us what to say. We just make sure the boxes are strong and the customers are happy when they pick up their orders. At the end of the shift, we're usually tired and covered in dust, but it feels good to have finished the day's work and locked the gates for the night.
