We run our cab business out of Kalamboli, right over by the Janjikar Estate. If you know where the Shivsena office is, we are just across from there. It's a busy spot but it works for us. Most days we are just busy keeping the cars clean and making sure the drivers are ready to head out. We’ve been here for a while now. The traffic around this part of town can be a real headache sometimes, especially during the morning rush. We just try to get people where they need to go without too much fuss. It isn't a fancy setup or anything like that. Just a small office and some good cars. We spend a lot of time on the phone taking bookings and checking on where the cabs are. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, like when the rain hits Kalamboli heavy, but we keep going. People in the estate know us by name mostly. It is a local thing. We don't have a big corporate team, just us workers making sure the wheels keep turning. It gets loud outside with all the trucks and buses passing by, but that is just how it is in this area. We usually have a tea at the stall nearby and wait for the next call. It's plain work, but it keeps us busy from morning until late at night. Sometimes we are tired but the work is steady enough for us.
