Sharad Vasant Yadav

My name is Sharad Vasant Yadav and I have stayed in Mangaon for quite a while. Our place is in the Pratap Cooperative Housing Society which is tucked away near Kaka Manohar Wada. It is a traditional kind of neighborhood where everyone knows who lives where and whose kids are playing in the common area. I don't believe in having a fancy website or lots of advertisements because word of mouth usually does the job for us. The society is a bit old-fashioned but the people are solid and reliable. You won't find any big signs or neon lights here. It is just a regular home and office setup where I handle my daily affairs. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the walk to the main road a bit of a challenge with all the puddles but we are used to it by now. The history of Kaka Manohar Wada gives the whole area a bit of character that you don't find in the newer developments. I spend most of my mornings dealing with people from the locality who just need something sorted out. It could be paperwork or just some advice on local matters. I keep things plain and simple because complicated things usually lead to mistakes. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the weather while we work. It is a slow pace compared to the city but it suits me just fine. No rush.
