We've been based out of the Spaghetti complex in Sector 15 for a while now. If you know Kharghar, you know it's a bit of a trek from the main station, but it’s a decent area once you get here. Our office is in H-4/3. It's not a fancy skyscraper or anything like that, just a functional space where we get our daily work done. The team usually trickles in around 9:30, avoiding the worst of the Navi Mumbai humidity if we're lucky. We spend most of our time dealing with paperwork, site plans, and making calls to various project sites. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which keeps us fit, I guess. It’s a busy spot with lots of families around, and there’s a small shop nearby where we grab tea in the afternoons. We aren't trying to do anything flashy here. Most days are just about staying on top of the schedule and making sure the documents are filed correctly. It gets quite windy in the evenings during the monsoon, which is nice. We’ve seen this part of Navi Mumbai grow quite a bit since we first moved into this unit. People come and go, but we’re still here in the same block, just keeping things moving along. It’s a plain office with desks and some old files, but it works for us and what we need to accomplish every week.
