You can find us in Hal-Budruk, which is in the Khalapur taluka of Raigad district. The post office is Shilphata and we are in the Khopoli area. It’s a long address, but we are out here in Maharashtra near the industrial zones. The scenery is actually quite nice, especially during the rainy season when the hills turn very green. Our facility is more of a practical work site than a polished office. We have some heavy machinery and a lot of space for storage. The road to get here can be a bit rough depending on the weather. We start work early because the factory floor can get warm by midday. Most of the people working here are from the nearby villages or they commute from Khopoli. We don't have any fancy corporate culture stuff. We just focus on the production and making sure things are running correctly. There is usually a lot of noise from the machines and people shouting to be heard over them. We take our breaks together and talk about local news or whatever is happening in the district. It’s a real working environment where people get their hands dirty. We’ve been part of this Raigad industrial belt for a while now. We don't do much advertising; people in the trade just know we are here at this spot in Shilphata doing our thing.
