If you know this part of Maharashtra, you know it’s a beautiful place with a lot of coastlines. We are local people who decided to start a hospitality business right in our backyard. We don’t have a fancy head office in a glass building. Instead, we work from this house in the village. It’s a bit rustic, and that’s how we like it. We focus on the areas around Alibag because that’s what we know best. Our team is just a handful of locals who grew up here. We don't go for big promotional campaigns. Usually, people just hear about us from their friends who stayed here before. We spend our days making sure the properties are looked after and that the guests are happy. Sometimes things go wrong, like a pipe leaking or a booking getting mixed up, but we just fix it and move on. We don’t have a corporate script to follow. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it works for us. Living and working in Raigad is a different pace of life, and we try to bring that feeling into how we handle our hospitality work. We have been in this house for quite some time now and most people in the village know us.
