Over in New Panvel West, you can find us at Tulsi Prerana, which is located in the Kandha Colony area. We are in unit A 402. It is a fairly typical apartment building that we have been using for our business operations for a while. The neighborhood is mostly made up of families, so it stays pretty calm and quiet during the middle of the day. We have our computers and equipment set up in the different rooms. It really does not look like a traditional office with rows of cubicles. It is more like a lived-in space where work just happens to get done every day. We have quite a few books and folders stacked up on the shelves. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it is just a delivery person or a neighbor, which adds to the local feel of the place. We have a small balcony where we can go to get some fresh air. The view is mostly just the other wings of the building and a few trees. It is a very practical setup for a team like ours. We do not have a big corporate budget for fancy decorations or expensive art, so we just use what we have. Most of the time it is just the quiet sound of typing and the occasional phone call. We handle our business in a very straightforward way. No one here is trying to be something they are not. It is a good community.
