RKK BUILDCON INFRA LLP

We have a small shop, number 04, over in Plot 25 of Sector 2-A in Karanjade. It’s out in the Panvel area, near Pargaon. If you know the Raigarh district, you know it’s growing fast. We set up RKK Buildcon Infra there because there is so much building going on around us. The office is basically a shop-front where we keep our files and meet with people. It gets a bit dusty because of all the construction nearby, but that’s just part of the job. We aren't big on corporate presentations or anything like that. We just talk about the work and what needs to get done next on the site. Panvel is a long way from the main city, but it’s where the real action is for us. We handle the infrastructure and building side of things. Some days the phone won't stop ringing and other days we are just sitting there waiting for a delivery to arrive. It’s an honest way to make a living. We have a few desks and some chairs for when people stop by to discuss a project. We try to keep things straightforward. No complicated jargon, just talk about the labor, the materials, and the timelines. Being in Karanjade means we see the new buildings going up every single day, and it's good to be a small part of that process from our little shop.
