RENUCORP EMPEROR HOUSING INFRASTRUCTURE LLP is located over at Kamdhenu Commerz in Panvel. It’s on the 15th floor, office 1510. The view is okay, but we’re mostly looking at spreadsheets or maps. Working in Raigarh means dealing with a lot of different terrains. We’ve been at this for a bit. It’s hard work, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate. We aren't big on fancy speeches. Most of our time is spent talking to contractors or making sure the trucks arrived. Panvel is growing fast, you can see it everywhere. We just try to keep up with the pace. The office gets a bit loud sometimes when everyone is talking at once. It’s just how we operate. We don’t have those quiet, sterile offices you see in movies. It’s more like a workshop where we happen to have desks. We deal with housing and infrastructure stuff. It means lots of permits and long waits at government offices. We’re used to it by now. Sometimes we grab lunch at the local spots downstairs. If you come by, you’ll probably see us arguing over a blueprint or drinking tea. It’s not a corporate vibe at all. Just a group of people trying to build things right. We don't really have a polished way of explaining things. We just do the work. Maharashtra is a big place and we're just one small part of it here in Panvel. We just hope the projects turn out okay. We've been here since before some of these buildings went up.
