Refex Energy Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai

We’re based out in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, specifically in the Neel Sidhi Ornate building. Our office is B-304 on Plot No. 4 & 4A in Sector 8. If you’ve been to Kharghar, you know it’s a bit quieter than the main part of Mumbai, which we like. We work in the energy sector, but we don’t have a massive corporate headquarters. It’s just a regular office space where we handle the day-to-day operations. We spend a lot of time on the phone and on our computers, tracking projects and talking to suppliers. The building is nice enough, and it’s easy for us to get to work from the nearby residential areas. We have a small tea station in the corner which gets a lot of use. We don't have any of those fancy modern office perks like bean bags or game rooms. It’s just desks, chairs, and people working. Sometimes we have meetings that go longer than expected, especially when there are technical issues to solve. We try to keep things simple and honest. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have gotten to know the other businesses in the building. It’s a good community. We don't have a big marketing department, so we don't really do all that promotional talk. We just focus on our energy projects and try to keep everything running smoothly. The windows in the office let in a lot of light, which makes the long afternoons a bit better.
