Our place is located in Kalamboli, right inside the Sai Baba Ashirwad building. It’s a bit of a trek to get to Sector 1E if you aren't from around Navi Mumbai, but we like it here. We are in the A Wing, on the fourth floor. It’s not a big shop or a storefront, just a workspace where we handle purchase assistance for various people. Most of the day is spent on the computer or checking lists. Kalamboli is a busy area with a lot of steel and transport business nearby, so it makes sense for us to be here. We deal with a lot of phone calls and emails. Things get pretty messy with all the logs we keep. It’s just how it goes when you’re trying to track orders. The building is usually quiet, which helps when we have to concentrate on numbers. We started this because there was a need for someone to stay on top of the buying side of things. It’s a lot of back and forth with different parties. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up the day's records. Navi Mumbai has grown so fast, and being in Sector 1E keeps us right in the middle of it. We don't really do much advertising. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they know the building. We just keep our heads down and get the work done every day.
