Prathamesh Construction Company

We are Prathamesh Construction Company, based out of Panvel. Our office is in the Annapurna Apartment building, specifically room 603 in the A-3 wing. Being on Tilak Road puts us right in the middle of things. This helps when we need to get around to different sites. The 410206 area has changed a lot, but we’ve stayed put in this flat. It’s a quiet enough space to handle the day-to-day work that comes with running a construction firm. We don't have a massive sign, just our name on the door. Usually, the mornings are spent drinking tea and going over the schedules for the week. It isn't a high-rise glass office, just a regular apartment converted into a workspace where we keep our files and meet up. Panvel is a good spot for us. It connects to many different areas. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, so we take the stairs if we are in a hurry. Our desks are usually covered in blueprints and coffee mugs. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of Tilak Road over the years. It feels like home more than a cold office. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor; we just need a place that works for the business. It’s been our base for a while now, and we know the neighbors pretty well. Most of our work happens out on the field, but this is the heart of the operation for everyone involved here.
