Pmc Projects (India)Pvt Ltd- Adani Group is based out of Flat-B/403 in the Neel Gagan building. This is in Sector-1(S) of New Panvel, over in Navi Mumbai. Our pin is 410206. We are part of the larger group, but our daily life happens right here in this flat. It is a bit different working out of a residential building, but it gives us a good space to focus. The area of New Panvel is growing fast, and there is always something new being built around us. We spend our days tracking projects and making sure everything is lined up. It is a lot of coordination work. We do not have a big reception area or a lobby. It is just us and our desks in Neel Gagan. The commute for the staff isn't too bad since Sector-1 is pretty accessible. We try to keep things simple and honest here. There is no need for fancy titles or corporate talk. We just want to get our lists checked off and move to the next thing. Some mornings we grab chai nearby before heading up to the fourth floor to start the day. It is a steady pace of work. We have been here for a bit now and it feels like a solid base for what we do. We just stay focused on the project details and make sure we are doing our part every single day.
