M/S.Maharashtra Seamless Limited

We are located out in Sukeli, which is a small village in the Raigad district. The Maharashtra Seamless plant is a big part of the landscape here. Our address is 111, Off Round Colony, right by the MSL site. Working here is different from working in the city. You have the hills around and a lot of open space. The factory produces pipes, and you can hear the hum of the machines from the gates. It is heavy industrial work. Most of us live nearby or in the colony. We start our shifts early. The air in Raigad is thick during the monsoon, and the roads get a bit muddy. We don't have a polished office with carpets. It is mostly concrete, steel, and hard hats. Every day we see the trucks coming and going, carrying the loads out to the main highway. It is a steady rhythm. The staff here has been together for a long time. We eat lunch together and talk about the day's production. It is practical and honest work. We do not spend time on fancy talk. We just make sure the seamless pipes are moving out as planned. Sukeli is a quiet place otherwise, but the plant keeps us all busy. It is just a regular life in a factory town, where the work comes first and the days are long.
