We are based out of New Panvel, specifically in the Prajapati Garden area in Sector 5. Our office is in Flat H 201. It’s a quiet residential spot which is nice because it lets us focus on the technical work we do without too much noise. We mostly deal with consultancy stuff, which means a lot of drawings, calculations, and sitting at desks looking at project plans all day long. It’s a far cry from the noise of South Mumbai, and we prefer it that way. We spend most of our time reviewing designs or checking on various construction sites around the area. It’s not a big corporate floor with hundreds of people. It’s just a small, dedicated group of us. We have bookshelves full of old engineering manuals and building codes that we use every day. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow or out of order, but we just take the stairs. The view from the window is okay for a residential sector. We deal with developers and government bodies, trying to make sure their structures are safe and built the right way. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we take it one step at a time. We don't have a receptionist in a suit waiting at the door. Usually, it's just one of us answering the bell if a courier comes with more plans. We’ve been in the industry for a long time, and we know how things work. People come to us when they need a practical solution.
