Mass Architect

Our office is at Maruti Corner, specifically Office No 17, right in Sector 17 of New Panvel. We are quite close to the Panvel station, which makes it easy for people to drop by, and being near Bikaner Sweet is a nice bonus when we need a snack. Mass Architect has been operating from this spot for a bit now. It’s a standard office space, nothing too over the top. We spend our hours drawing up plans and talking to contractors on the phone. Navi Mumbai is growing so fast, and being in New Panvel puts us right in the middle of a lot of new things happening. The office can get a bit noisy with the station nearby, but it keeps us connected to the city. We have our desks set up with all our drafting gear and computers. There’s usually a stack of blueprints somewhere in the corner that needs looking at. It is a very hands-on kind of place. We don’t really have a big marketing team or anything; we just do the architectural work as it comes in. People usually come to us because they want something practical and honest. We don’t see the point in making things more complicated than they need to be. It’s just us here, working through the daily tasks and making sure the designs make sense for whoever is going to use them. It’s a decent place to spend the day.
