L&T Eccd

We are located over at Flat No.202 in the Kartik Dreamland building. It sits on Plot No-189/190, right in Sector-4 of Newpanvel East. This part of the Raigad district in Maharashtra is where we spend most of our days working under the L&T Eccd name. It’s not a huge office or some fancy glass building you might expect. Instead, it’s a regular flat where we handle our business. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if you aren't used to it, but the second floor isn't too bad. People around here know the Dreamland plots pretty well, so finding us isn't usually a big problem if you are familiar with the Newpanvel area. The neighborhood is mostly residential, which keeps things a bit quieter than the main market roads. We just go about our daily tasks here, keeping track of whatever comes across the desk. It gets quite humid during the monsoon months, like most of Raigad, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. There isn't much to say about the space other than it's where we are. We have been in this spot for a while now and it serves its purpose for the work we do. If you find yourself in Sector-4, you are basically right there. No big signs or anything, just the flat number and us doing our thing every day.
