Ivrcl

In Navi Mumbai, Ivrcl is situated at A-22 Room 1/1 in Sector-05 of Kalamboli. If you know Kalamboli, you know it’s a big area for transport and steel, but Sector-05 is more of a mix. Our office is basically just a room. It is very small and compact. We have a couple of desks squeezed in there. It’s not the kind of place where you host big parties. It’s where we sit down and look at blueprints or handle the phone calls. The building is part of a larger complex. There are other small businesses all around us. You can hear the heavy trucks on the main roads not too far away. The walls are painted a simple off-white, and we have some basic shelving for all our documents. It’s a bit noisy because of the traffic and the people moving around in the hallway. We don’t have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. If someone comes by, they just walk right in. It’s a very honest way to work. We don’t pretend to be bigger than we are. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Most of us take the local trains or buses to get here. It’s a busy, gritty part of the city, and we fit right in.
